1. Pick a project, small to medium sized, something that will take more than a week but less than three months
2. Divide the project into small, bit sized pieces. As small as you can. Each chunk should take no more than four hours
3. Arrange them based on what each chunk requires (it's dependencies) and who depends on it.
4. Give yourself a few hours a day to work on this project, at the same time every day.
5. Pick the smallest chunk with no dependencies, and do it! The dopamine release from accomplishing it will carry you through to the next piece!
6. If you get stuck for more than 15 minutes with no progress, drop it and pick up something else with no dependencies!
