Even if some of those stories about past life memories are intriguing, it doesn't prove anything, there could be countless explanations if we allow for supernatural causes. Memories are information, if information is observed communicated between two disconnected individuals, all that shows is that the information was easily copied and transferred.
It could be that memories float around and get imprinted onto other people. It could be archon servants brainwashing babies, or giving them an advantage by giving them past knowledge so it isn't wasted.
