If Russia entered into the global economy and integrated with Russia, the entire power dynamic of German-French Europe is fucked, NATO now has no reason to exist as Taiwan isn't part of NATO. The MIC in Americas only opposition is then 3rd world shitter's which either go extreme and have nukes, trumping any aeroplane, or don't actually destroy any equipment. Meaning no more lucrative contracts, and thousands out of work. NATO was starting to decline, America was globally humiliated again in Afghanistan, EU was beginning to part with big player Britain leaving, People were protesting China even though nothing can be done against China as they're too important, and economies were about to be raped post COVID. Now we have drives to unity and increased defence against Russia, and a Russia that's cut off doesn't affect us like a China cut off would. And because not only America, but the entirety of NATO is safe from being levelled by the Russians, so our economy will be left intact.
