And you should stop listening to others people opinion especially if you don't have a job and work for somebody (aka maybe toxic workmates). I used to be like that during the pandemic, I think I lost track of time in that period but now uni forces us to go physically to labs and I also got into a company's workshop and at least it gets me out of that comfort zone and forces me to do things even if I barely have energy for em.
