>>7178251I am still confused, but as far as I know there are several shelters for homeless people in Prague and none of them are full. A lot of those people stay on street willingly. Also the beggars you see in the tourist centers of Prague are usually tied to organized crime, since you can actually make a lot of money from begging in those spots.
Either way, living in big city desensitized me a lot when it comes to interacting with other people and I stopped thinking about these things.
