>>18424436it is very much how you raise them. when Rocko was a pup, he liked to tug on anything he could bite and jump on anyone he thought would play with him. after putting him in a couple of headlocks, he got the picture real fast and stopped misbehaving. If you are not strong/smart enough to raise a dog. you shouldn't be allowed to own one, but how can you hate a dog when it's entirely the handlers fault for not teaching it what is acceptable and what will be punished.
