Tomorrow I'm going to the police station with the drive in hand and I'm going to pray that they just take it and leave me be.
Would they really have a reason to hassle me over this? I'm just as suspicious as they are of the contents of the drive. It's definitely my drive but they're his files.
Does that make any difference? I can prove they're not my files and can get a deposition from his wife that I took the files from his computer to back them up.
Would that help my case?
Like I said I just really don't want to have to go through too much bullshit with this just to be a good person.
