>>15406049I've lost 30 lbs in 2 months by fasting, mainly IF but still keeping the calories restricted to under 600/day supplemented with electrolytes and aminos every other day and drinking about 60-80 fl oz of water a day. what food i do eat is pretty strict keto. also moderate walking for about 30 min a day. i need to lose another 20 to reach goal.
my skin is suprisingly elastic, i havent had any loose skin issues yet.
any advice for anything else i should be doing to make sure i don't hurt myself doing this?
also, i have not had this much energy since i was a kid and libido since i was a teenager.
