They know how ghetto they are, but unlike blacks they have the self awareness to realize this and try to improve it. They know the fastest way to this goal is for someone in the family to pop out a half white baby.
For this reason they typically welcome a white boy into the home with open arms. This obviously creates tons of awkward situations due to cultural differences and stigmas but they press on anyway in hopes of someday having their family lineage whitewashed.
