I will say that dipping is superior to pouring in every single way. If I weren't to sleep soon, I'd get into the details of it, but, just know that. Almost everything should be dipped rather than poured on. Not that everything necessarily works out with dipping, like, you just have to pour stuff over pasta, but if it can practically be dipped, it should always be. I approve. Unless the dipping bowl had some disgusting stuff in it, which, I'm leaning on likely being the case.
Also, I mean, you could very well eat those Cheetos, it's just that you'd be the one carrying the shame, not me.
