I live in what can be considered a bad area of the UK, but I live in absolute comfort. When I watch videos on YouTube from 'Bald and bankrupt' etc I'm genuinely shocked to see the depressing state of affairs most other countries live in.
For what it's worth, I can afford to buy any gadget I want, I can go on trips or vacations quite regularly. Eat out often and still manage to save.
It can be noted that while I live in comfort and can afford most things I want easily it certainly doesn't fulfil me, whereas a lot of people in the aforementioned videos seem content with their lives. So make of that what you will.
