>>13488538not at all lol. very rarely when there's multiple instructors for different sections of an upper division class they'll all collaborate to make their finals the same and more commonly professors will just borrow tests from each other in introductory classes to avoid having to make their own, but by and large an instructor can do whatever the hell they want as far as assessments go
