The formulation of the question tends to encourage people to say such negative things about others.
It gets people focusing on what divides us - our differences - in a punitive way.
If there is to be hope for peace, we must understand (or at least try to) and appreciate (or at least try to) what everyone has to offer.
That could be what we have in common or it could be our differences.
I believe we are more alike than we are different.
I believe if we can all try to understand each other before passing judgement that hope would be reachable (if not inevitable)
