Being homosexual was considered a requisite to be able to medically transition once, for very good reasons. Heterosexual """transsexuals""" were always considered fetishists because they were, they were fetishistic transvestites. After a series of unfortunate events transbians became a thing to the point that they constitute the 80% of the trans population today. These people don't have a female gender identity, have never been effemminated in their life and they transitioned only because they were given the chance to live their feminization fetish 24/7. It's not their fault either, it's fault of who normalized that and allowed them to ruin their lives, the same thing that you're trying to do to a lesser extent here.
