I've been diaper training myself for almost a year now. Been wearing diapers all the time and go piss as soon as I feel the urge to do so. In public I'll walk to a bathroom right when I feel the urge and poop on the way so others don't have to smell it. Still hold it if there isn't a toilet around. But at home I'll poop right when I feel the urge. I usually don't notice when I start or stop pissing anymore and sometimes notice while I'm going. Pee in much smaller volumes now too and maybe go over 20 times a day. Bed wet occasionally. Maybe 2-4 times a week and don't always wake up when I do it.
