if they fuck up I change it, sometimes they start texting in Spanish and I have to translate it and it’s something like “no door cooooode” when it’s right there in both english and spanish
one guy brought them into the building and left them all next to the elevator and left a note saying “too many 2 carry” he still got $5 because he at least brought them inside, sometimes people just leave them on the sidewalk
another took a photo of all my groceries in their trunk as proof of delivery and quit
the smart ones work with a foldable wagon and can bring it all in one trip, that’s 70% of the time but they used to be much worse
