It can by subconscious, it can be deliberate but nevertheless it will live to some kind of co ditioning over and over. Also, how you look in a mirror plays part in it too, because you see yourself mirrored and that might be your ideal side, but you never realize, that in real life, you look slightly different.
Pic very related, Kent is beta orbiter and introverted cick while Superman is pure alpha. And if you look into it and the movies, the pattern keeps repeating always depending on the role, with some exceptions of course. And like I said, I dont know whether this is a meme, confirmation bias or just a coincidence, but things are strange indeed.
