Think about things like beavis and butthead or south park or monty python or any of that stuff. They all pushed the boundaries of social sensibilities at the time. They did it unapologetically.
If there was a white supremacist heel, he would get lots of heat and it would create a lot of buzz. You could make so many angles out of it. I mean even have like a black supremacist wrestler and maybe through a series of events they become a tag team. A face turn would be really easy to write if they get over.
