The most important thing the rest of you can do is read, eat healthy, and work out. The well known philosophers are a pretty good place to start. Socrates, Plato, Aristotle. Also Marcus Aurelius is bro tier. Then move onto things like Edmund Burke. You can space out your work with Tolstoy, Dostoyevsky because they have characters, especially in Dostoyevskys works, that perfectly embody the garbage nihilists (see Karamazov and Demons). You can also work on Thomas Aquinas and other theologian philosophers but he's the best. A good short read to check out if you are up in the air about faith is Tolstoys A Confession. Tolstoy was deeply conflicted but this shows the torment and liberal progressivism that the faithlessness breeds. They also have religious nihilists in their books which perfectly explain lots of the current religious cucks you see.
