It comes off extremely false advertising, that can be rectified if someone please states the operating engine of where said agents are originating from, the connectors, and what the human overseers are connecting to; otherwise, I am going to have to treat this as malicious advertisement, with the intent of purposefully fucking with the current Artificial Intelligence field for the sake of Tiktok/Twitter engagement views.
