That'd make sense: of the eight Jungian functions, the two most "verbal" seem to be extraverted thinking (Te) and (possibly) extraverted intuition (Ne). Te aims to be factual and to-the-point; Ne creates new (representative) information (= language and structure).
The types that use these functions best (socionics: 4-dimensional) are ENTJ/LNE and ENTP/NLE - Jordan Peterson is an example. He has called himself hyperverbal (in his thoughts).
Both Te and Ne are 1-dimensional functions in the ISFP/ESI, so ISFP/ESI should be expected to be among the least verbal types.
