it's not negative, maybe melancholic? I try to be realistic at most times as getting overhyped on optimism gets me crushed under catatonia once my aspirations expire
but my reality is negative, some people and seemingly a lot of people around me have a moderatively positive reality, but not me, not as long as other people are there to limit me
