usually i have no problems because i run Linux and just tell Xorg for screen:0 load PCI slot 6:0:0 (don't ask) load driver AMDGPU and this solves all my problems.

Windows on other hand a basically a cancer cell. even if i disable the GPU through the device manager entirely it still uses the Vram of Slot:1 GT730 instead of Slot:2 5700xt.
is there any way so solve this autism, idc if i have to basically molest my PC with a soldering iron at this point
