This is where it gets most confusing, because if the plan they follow is indeed to create their ideal on earth following how God has created the world by turning energy into matter (from the ideal to the real) then what is the final path? If the blissfull world isnt enough there is one more step. Maybe the Moon is the final revelation of all old information being given light. Maybe the true history will resurface, or it will be another half truth and or lie. Now comes the final card in the tarot deck: The World/Universe. It is complete realization as the cards suggests its now part of the world, but because we are dealing with people who want to change the whole world this means whoever has reached this point will have their vision a reality and its part of human history. This is the New World Order, but there is one more thing! The last sefira! EARTH. This is even bigger because its the NWO on the physical plane itself stretching all across the globe.
It has manifested: who knows how much time to create this plan, but at last the process has been completed and however has followed the process from beginning to end has used God's holy powers to create their vision on this world and since this is an ideal of creating a new age of humanity so has this person used the cosmic underlying forces of creation to manifest into the world a new age for humanity. Whomever did this shall create a new world for us all.
