there's a route to success that doesn't require trying to incite civil war and destroying our country. the route is slow and a lot of work, but it's preferable to the civil war route because there's lots of unacknowledged factors that would lead to that being disastrous for practically all parties: the most direct being that our presence as a world superpower keeps nations like china more subdued than they would be otherwise, and any outright internal rift they would not only attempt to widen to weaken us but also would begin expanding their sphere of influence without restraint. no one with any desire for western culture to survive wants a chinese dominated world - you only have to read the statement by their equivalent of the secretary of defense to understand the ramifications
