the only people to successfully make ufos are the members of the 3rd and 4th reich . they still are alive and well , they fly in the sky all the time , i watch them. also the nasa space observatory in our atmosphere is an observation station to watch them, our gov. doesnt know exactly what they are doing. but i do haha , earth is a closed system no way in no way out , "outer space" is all water
