>>708099>Basically convenience store food because unless you have a mother or wife to cook you breakfast, you don't have much time to eat a proper breakfast.Really? Sounds expensive buying stuff from the store every day.
Over here most people eat cereal for breakfast. Some might have toast. Some just skip breakfast.
Right now I'm into muesli. Sometimes I have bran flakes though, or weetabix, or blueberry wheats. Stuff like that.
>We even have blocks of biscuits called "Calorie Mate" that can be eaten in substitute of lunch. Because people are too busy to eat a proper lunch. Most days I just skip a lunch. That sounds grim and depressing.
Lunch is when I do go to the convenience store and get a meal deal (pic related - "meal deals" are very popular in lots of UK convenience shops and supermarkets, and lots of British workers buy these for lunch).
Otherwise, sensible people will prepare sandwiches, or maybe pasta, to bring in for lunch from home.
Most people eat lunch at their desks though, and that is quite depressing. Of course if you have a mate you can go and get lunch with them though.
