>>19004389A bit chilly in Spokane but I'll take these milder winters over the bitter Montana cold I grew up in. It's not even snowing yet still.
Didn't take pictures of it but I made a big batch of chicken stew on Friday, have eaten it for lunch and dinner since and just finished the batch tonight.
I also made a ton of pierogies yesterday, I'm going to be eating these bad boys for a while.
I hate driving and I hate working in the snow, but I still love winter because it's the perfect time to eat a lot of hearty, warming meals.
