My parents gave me terrible financial advice (they literally told me not to invest and that everything was a scam. They also told me not to go to college, so I never even took the SAT test). The fact that they're both broke, live separately and still don't have their cars or mortgage paid off in their 60s should've been a clue not to take their advice.
Most of my friends growing up were also losers that could never hold a job for longer than 6 months and all they did was party, drink, do drugs and hookup with random sluts. Now that I've cut every loser out of my life, I literally have 0 friends and only a few acquaintances, which has completely screwed me on my ability to network in any buisness sense and has also fucked me on getting a gf through mutual friends. My only options now are cold approaching, or using dating apps (which are complete garbage for 95% of men and everyone just uses to hookup anyways). I'd also tell myself not to be so shallow and picky with the women I did date and to be more accepting of our differences.
