If you eat actual, fat-rich sausage, you won't eat a lot of it before you feel full.
If you eat processed meat, like sausage from a corporation, you'll be eating sugar & corn syrup.
The sugar and corn syrup causes your body to pump out insulin to mop up the sugars and store them in your fat cells, so you don't go into sugar-shock.
This leaves you with low blood sugar, and prompts you to feel hungry & eat more.
What's worse, it fucks up your insulin output & insulin resistance, so afterward, even if you eat healthy (real) food, your body has been trained to pump out a ton of insulin each meal, anyway.
It takes a few months to get it under control again, and it usually requires fasting & a zero carp diet afterward.
And artificial sweeteners can cause the same insulin spike, as well.
Americans absolutely HAVE to start eating real food again, and stay away from sugary processed garbage.
