We can hardly design and build a bipedal robot that doesn't need an entire team of technicians maintaining it, doesn't weigh hundreds of pounds and which has a decent battery life. You will not see such a "Terminator" style machine within your lifetime. Most you can expect is a clumsy, noisy, bipedal roomba with a fleshlight between it's legs powered by some derivative of ChatGPT that will need a recharge every 2 hours.
