1) Took my Toyota to an out-of-town dealership service center for an oil change, which was spendy as hell. Then I drive an hour home, inspect the invoice, and find they put the wrong weight oil (5W-40) in my engine, which is supposed to take 5W-30) They refunded my money and I then had to take it to my normal local deaership for a drain and fill with proper oil
2) That dealership did the oil change, but then the car was running hella loud. I pulled the car over, popped the hood and saw that they had inspected the air filter but not closed down the air filter lid, which was just rapid-slapping against the bottom housing and sucking in unclean outside air into the engine.
Probably the dealership service centers are the worst. AND this is Toyota we're talking about here -- supposedly the single best carmaker and service center system in the world.
