Maybe your lungs are fucked. Go see a pneumologist or whatever they are called. You may have a tuberculosis, some advanced pneumonia, maybe it's cancer. You probably are going to die or become potato if you don't breath enough oxygen. Even veterinarians can give you oxygen to breath. You better go see some professional to help you out.
