I don't get ads either. I've seen one recently and it was for Nike or some other shitty sports brand. The whole ad was basically some negro kids skating or some shit and closeups shots of their shoes and the most generic, most commercial song possible in the background.
I guess the purpose of ads is to brainwash you to think that if you've seen something in an ad, then surely it must be a good product, not the same as any other brand, even though they're all manufactured in the same factories in China.
