Purpose: To give formal notice of alleged criminal conduct; to identify controlling Title 18 provisions (terrorism and related federal crimes); to demand preservation of evidence; to request independent federal investigation; and to repudiate any coerced “consent” or statements attributed to me.
I. Allegations (summary)
I allege a multi-actor pattern of: (a) drug-facilitated assaults and coerced “agreements” concerning my body and medical autonomy; (b) stalking, surveillance, and illegal recording, including engineered scenarios and non-consensual intimate imagery; (c) harassment and intimidation, offline and online; (d) tampering with evidence and obstructing my access to courts, records, and accounts; and (e) proxy abuse via family or acquaintances to “speak for me,” despite my explicit revocation of all such authority. These acts were allegedly coordinated by private individuals and aided/abetted by some persons acting “under color of law.” All “consent” or “confessions” obtained while I was drugged, threatened, or otherwise incapacitated are void.
