Aside from the sarcastic comments here I think most of us know this is just some dude in Uganda who has the means of paying some wielders and "knowledgeable" car people to put together some custom made cars and sculptures based on U.S aircraft images and honestly Japanese game images they found online marketing it as "technology" and having commoners invest in them who are 100% naive and without reason to know this is all one big scam.
Imagine this guy in the video dooping money out of public government funding from any backwater african or Ugandan military or at best online users in Africa.
