Quick note - I've been literally maybe into three Alice threads when I was dicking around on /b/ ages ago. Posted there maybe ten times.
I've been in some of the links - patreon, some IRC-kind-of-thing and YouTube (which I probably spent the most time due to my habit of having some videos playing in the background whenever I am existing near my computer and the videos being quite long) so I might not have the greatest understanding of the topic, but I'm feel that most of the posters here didn't really dug deep into it as well. Some maybe because of the fear of becoming an orbiter or some shit.
I can also understand that many people around here take a pure pleasure from the conversations happening around as we speak.

Most of the things has two sides of the coin - you can't truly judge somebody's ideas without living his life thoroughly.
Slightly off topic but I hate it when somebody says "if I were you.."
No. If you were X, then you would do Y, because X did that. If somebody's life has come to the conclusion of picking up that flower, then you would do the same, no matter what, unless you would add an absolutely unpredictable twist to the classic "if I were you.." type of thing. You can't predict what would've happen. It's impossible and the second the power like this could be in our mortal reach, it would be over. Everything would be over.
Oh, and btw - why and what are we exactly arguing about? I mean - I can understand that the things Alice does can be easy to hate for some people. The 4chan, stuttering, quite rich history that only stalkers could fully comprehend, teeming with mishaps, misinformation, cole and bad deeds and all that jazz..
