drugs exist on a triune bassis of intake
as medication (to prevent starring into abyss) they can be taken semiregularly at lowest doses (microdoses)
as performance boosters (where they help perfirming a hard task or assignment possible or mire probable or just easier) they have to be taken at long intervals of rest at moderate doses
as recreational fun times they have to be taken at large doses but only a handful of times during the years

before that during the first lockdown I made it through two months
before I started uni and retail part time job I lasted for 4 months
but the longest I was happy without them was a week, after that I just returm to depression
I became more or less a full blown alchoholic at 16, and I haven't experiemced a month of alchohol sobriety till I was 19 on february 22nd 2019, when I converted to only weed, which helped my physical and mental state a lot, as I had forgoten large chunks of time before it and only started remembering after staying (alchohol) sober for a whole year
>groups of friendsthey mostly smoke cigaretes though, none of them are hard on alchohol except the girls and the guys experienced more of a progressive change- which can best be seen in the pile of cans since at the bottom there are beer cans and at the top there are energy drinks... which nice I guess
we only went hard on ganja during summer because... well it was summer and free time and all that
