I look at the internet as a temporary phenomenon. Except for work and shopping, I can only see myself using the internet less in the future. It's just not fun anymore... it' useful, but the joy is not there anymore. It was fun to often meet people with similar interests... now there is no common denominator on the internet whatsoever.
