Hard to determine edges of the racial clusters, but when you zoom out clusters and differences are clearly there. For example, burek, people here hate turks, but they liked burek so it stayed. Good food will be more regional that country based. Now this parts of europe around med area have most blends, med, continent, mid east, so all the good stuff is absorbed, hence, superpower in that sense. You can ofc find some dishes that are unique to some area in a country as well. Sure they might be similar with recipe slightly differing in shape or spices, but it is unique. For example, mlinci, I love them and whenever I am in the west I cant buy em and I hate that. Also strukle etc. In italy you have so many regional specific recipea.that are unique as well.
