>>17209443I figured out a great way to cook beans.
1. bring to boil and turn off heat and let soak for 1 hour.
2. drain and steam for 14 minutes in pressure cooker with one of these baskets.
and
3. use a stainless steel drain screen in the center so it cooks evenly.
The beans will come out absolutely perfect every time.
