Romania is turning into a only IT / Banking / Store Cashier country, if you are not into one of those you are walking a dead end path
Any other job pays less than you need to survive each month unless you have your own apartment / house and parents help
Romania is dead end the most evil scumbag country in EU when it comes to corruption and interests, being the best at your job and having the best degree won't matter compared to some highschool dropout who knows the right persons
IF you start your own firm, the only way you can survive with it is if you deal with the state directly and siphon public funds like a leech / you are involved in politics with the party that has the power at the moment / do shady stuff behind closed doors, our version of IRS taxes you to oblivion if you want to do stuff the legal way.
For poor gypsies who have nothing but their skill set the best option is to either emigrate where our skills can give us food on the table or reside here and work in the US / West remote or freelance.
Nobody wants to work 8-12 hours per day for what is basically close to 220 $ after tax, the thought that you can't save any money puts everybody off.
