Seems to also be class dependent; upper middle class and wealthy white women (and men) tower over everyone else, presumably due to a combination of genetics and perfect diets. Mexicans are still small, their diets consist of Coca-Cola and meat other cultures throw away after all. Blacks are all over the spectrum height-wise.
