Yeah, usually wipe with TP and some have baby wipes, but mostly wait until a shower. It's ridiculous. I ended up getting one of these, works really well. I did install something like your pic in another bathroom to clean diapers, I made a bucket thing to contain all the overspray.
Here, it seems more like form over function. There it's more like...we need the shell of this building to be as efficient as possible so were surface mounting our plumbing so fuck you. As a tradesman I was like hell yeah, this makes so much more sense!.
