they might. i know the university offers tutoring done by undergraduate students but i don't know if there's some limited scope for subjects covered. there's a line to call if you want to become a tutor so i'll probably try looking into it at the end of next semester since then i'll have finished the intro classes for japanese as well as my entire CS minor at that point.
as for TAs i just have absolutely no information. there isn't one listed on my classlist but that might just be because it's a 101 class and upper division classes do have TAs or graders
