Despite being incredibly deadly, the king cobra is actually a fairly easy snake to keep. People don't want you to know this because it makes them look like giga chads when they post videos of them handling their cobras, but they are actually a very docile and intelligent snake. One of the few snakes that can recognize the relationship between itself and its keeper and respect it.
They're also extremely predictable. Their vision is highly movement based almost like the T-Rex in Jurassic Park. They also almost always strike downwards and have a long wind up for their strike so they're easy to manipulate.
