The irony is that the bartender was himself black and the bar was in a predominately black neighbourhood. All their protest did was lower the quality of life for black people and destroy the livelihoods of many of their brothers.
Miles away, in an affluent Portland suburb, a white, female college student tweets "#BlackLivesMatter is not a domestic terrorist group".
