I preffer my herniated bush like oaks as in couple years they will be much easier and better to climb
though you should keep in mind in order to just grow it higher all you need to do i lop the bottom branches off
it won't grow far and wide in 20 years but it with bare minimum of nutrients it should be bigger than your average cherry tree at same age
