ConRevo's depth only comes from the absolute ton of references to 60s and 70s media, its plot is very simple, just presented in an unorthodox way (back and forth from the future and past).
Fafner's the only thing you listed with an extremely layered and complex plot and while it's true it's more layered and complicated than the majority of what he listed, it's no where near as layered as LoGH.
LoGH is its own beast in that regards and shouldn't be considered anything close to being standard for anime storytelling.
