Instead of a firstborn son being sacrificed against his will to satan in order to give power to the elites, God's only begotten son allows himself to be sacrificed in order to give power to the uninitiated, the sinners of this world who don't even know that they've been saved, just to be brought back to life after 3 days, escaping hell and achieving eternal life.
The very concept insults them. It's why they seethe against Christianity so much.
